What if dynamic pricing is the wave of the future?

Now, I’ve seen that local businesses have flexible pricing after all! Bargaining, apparently, is back on the table.
I think this is spot-on. But what if negotiations were always on the table? For example I always ask for a discount while shopping and small biz’s almost always give you a discount. What gpon and others have done is made you realize that prices are negotiable. That in fact each person will pay a different price based on their utility.
Groupon has normalized that and therefore Pandora’s Box has been opened and I doubt there is any going back.
